• Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize chance of break-ins.

• Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.

• Visually inspect for signs of insects and or rodents.

• Check that the heating system is working and reset thermostat and humidistat settings if needed.

• Run faucets and sink disposals, and flush toilets.

• Check that main water valve is turned off after each visit (unless otherwise requested by client).

• Check electric panel for tripped breakers and make sure electric water heater breaker is turned off.

• Visually inspect the property, including outbuildings, fences, and garage.      

• Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check for signs of weather damage, vandalism, etc.

• Provide a complete inspection report to the client following each visit.

• IMMEDIATELY report to client any abnormalities or issues of concern.

NOTE:  We believe in running our business transparently.  Base rates for this package below are determined by square footage and frequency of visits. However, each property is unique, and each client’s specific needs are unique. After a free property assessment visit and consultation to determine the client's specific needs, the final rate for this package will be provided.  Additional services are offered and priced separately.
